Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

We offer flat rate shipping:

US: $7.00

International: $15.00 

Domestic shipping times should be within 3-5 days, International shipping times should be between 6-8 days; please allow an extra few days as there are currently delays due to COVID-19. Your tracking number will remain up to date. 

Hey Peach is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
