Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Please email us first with your order number and item number at hey@heypeach.com to confirm the return. After we respond to your email, please mail back your item(s) with the following information:
• Your name
• Order #
• Reason for the return
If there is no prior communication of a return via email, we will not accept the package and you must pay to have it shipped back to you. Returns can take up to 14 business days to process after receipt/delivery at the warehouse.
Once your item has been inspected we will contact you to determine the next step.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). In some cases, a store credit may be offered. Please contact our customer service (hey@heypeach.com) to arrange this.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing time, depending on your card issuer's policies.
